CAM LOCK COUPLER - 304 STAINLESS STEEL TYPE B FEMALE COUPLER / MALE NPT

Stainless Steel Camlock Coupling Type B is used to pair with male coupler such as Type A, Type E and Type F couplers. Camlock fittings work well in dry bulk and low pressure liquid applications. The adapter and coupler are joined together after the contact is made with the Nitrile gasket. Then close the cam arms simultaneously to produce a uniform seal against the gasket.

• Female cam coupler on one end for connecting to a male adapter and male NPT threads on the other for connecting to a female NPT connection
• 304 Stainless Steel for resistance to most chemicals, dimensional stability, and sterilization.

Safety Notes:
Under no circumstances should cam and groove couplings be used for compressed air or steam service!

Pressure rating recommendations are based on the use of mating fittings at ambient temperature 70°F with a standard seal installed.
