RT-3798 thermal catalytic oxidizer is used to destroy volatile organic compounds from process air streams.
The system can be utilized for a variety of applications such as soil vapor extraction, air stripper exhaust, dual phase extraction, etc.
The 500 CFM oxidizer is rated to treat off gas emissions that contain VOCs by heating the air stream to approximately 400-550° F prior to passing through a catalyst that further destroys the VOCs. The base oxidizer will provide 95% destruction efficiency.
An additional Catalyst module can be added to the base system to provide >99%
destruction efficiency.

All oxidizers are designed to operate with 3-10 psi inlet pressure with the required BTU content.
